Buyer reviewTim Wojtala and Tom Medick were at my side every step of the way helping me at every turn. As difficult as it is to coordinate all the stuff that realtors do, Tim made things much easier for me behind the scenes working with my mortgage lender and insurance person. He kept me informed of his updates with them. And we all had some good laughs too. the first realtor I called took way too long to answer my call---2weeks!!I I called Tim Wojtala and he and assistant Tom were always available to answer my questions. Tom Medick met us at almost all the houses we looked at. He answered my questions honestly, educated me on how the market is working, and was very patient with my husband who has dementia. He was also a good leader as I followed him to houses in my car. He made the home searching business a fun experience.

When we had to move out of state to Georgia in 2021, we contacted Tim for help referring us to a realtor to assist us with finding a home in Georgia. Tim found us Tony Johnson, who was a lot like Tim, and gave him tons of information about us, our family, and what we were looking for. When we did meet Tony, it felt like he already knew us, and helped us find a wonderful home in Dallas, Georgia. Throughout the process, Tim still checked in with us, and made sure we were satisfied with every step. We are so grateful to Tim's knowledge, networking, and kindness!
