He added just the right amount of professionalism, charm, and wit to help us through the stress of home buying. He listened to my fears and concerns and took the time to help me understand where they were coming from. In the end Tim helped me realize that the 50's ranch we purchased was just what we were looking for. When we finally have our condo market ready Tim Wojtala will handle the sale. I have no doubt that he will represent us perfectly. I recommend Tim as often as I can because he's the best.
