Seller reviewAfter the first meeting - could tell Tim was very knowledgeable about the market, local nuances (city requirements), buyer profiles, and marketing strategies. My experience was excellent - Tim took all the stress out of the process. He was proactive and shared strategies and contingencies as we went along. I'm sure the house was challenging given its characteristics. I would say Tim shows a high degree of ethics and fairness. And his accessibility and communication was outstanding.

As difficult as it is to coordinate all the stuff that realtors do, Tim made things much easier for me behind the scenes working with my mortgage lender and insurance person. He kept me informed of his updates with them. And we all had some good laughs too. the first realtor I called took way too long to answer my call---2weeks!!I I called Tim Wojtala and he and assistant Tom were always available to answer my questions. Tom Medick met us at almost all the houses we looked at. He answered my questions honestly, educated me on how the market is working, and was very patient with my husband who has dementia. He was also a good leader as I followed him to houses in my car. He made the home searching business a fun experience.
