Seller reviewWe've bought and sold 5 homes over the past 15 years. Tim Wojtala was the best realtor we've had. He stayed on top of all aspects of the home sale. The pricing suggestion he had brought in multiple offers and we received over asking price after only 2 days on the market. Communication is so critical to a successful home sale. Tim verified my husband and I were copied on all communications. All communication was done in a timely manner. He reminded us of upcoming dates and appointments. When problems arose he worked diligently to find solutions. There were also times when I asked Tim if he could help with something outside his role. He was always willing to go above and beyond. I highly recommend Tim to anyone looking to hire a realtor in the area. He is enthusiastic, professional and hard working.

Seller reviewI would recommend to Tim Wojtala to everyone. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I contacted him to sell a house my sister and I inherited. There were a lot of financial issues attached to the house. Tim and his team did any absolutely amazing job getting the house listed and sold in just two days. He was so easy to work with and available to answer all of our many questions. He thouroughly explained all of the options we had and the pros and cons of the offers we recieved. Tim definitely guided us in the right direction. I was sad when we closed on the house because I wouldn't get to talk to Tim anymore. He is by far the best realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. I hope to work with him again in the future.
