Tim was very helpful, honest, and accessible. He didn't judge me for putting in an offer on the 1st house I looked at on the day I saw it. He worked hastily on a Sunday evening and got an offer in that evening. While there were some hang ups with the lender at closing, he remained calm and positive, and everything worked out in time.
