Being in the military it's a highly stressful job and not having to worry about buying a home 900miles away from our previous location really helps. I would be surprised if Tina didn't get an award for her hard work during this pandemic. Very Satisfied and it's been a pleasure.

Buyer reviewWhen we called her she was very knowable about this property the best she could. When she couldnt she research it and called us right back. She answered questions we had for her when we couldnt find the property since the sign had fell down lol. When we located it we walked the lot and was very happy with the property we selected for our new home She was excellent with our qustions and our land was purchased thru our home purchase. It was a package deal but we were the ones who decided on the land purchase. She was awesome

Seller reviewTina was highly recommended by a trusted family member. Tina is friendly and "down to earth",which puts you at ease with her helpful advice and decisions. Tina's sign and online advertising got plenty of eyes on the property. This is the first time I've dealt with a real estate agent as a buyer or seller and couldn't be happier with the decision to select Tina. She had the answers to any questions I had, and any time things didn't go perfectly (which I'm guessing they rarely do), Tina remained optimistic and on course. She was seemingly available whenever I called her and kept me up to date through the entire process. Selling a house is a tough undertaking and I could not have done it without Tina's help. I can't thank her enough.
