She was patient in explaining details to us and we felt she always had our best interests at heart. Tina is an absolute asset to this company. Buyer reviewEverything went smoothly, there were no loose ends and everything was clear. We are Canadian and Tina took care of everything needed to have a smooth closing. Also it was a miracle that we were able to buy this condominium and it was due to Tina's experience and foresight that we got a great deal and were able to close it. After the closing, Tina continued to help us out with problems we had with FPL which is really not her responsibility but that she made sure that the electricity was turned on and working fine. This was above and beyond.
