Buyer reviewTina D'Aleo had the greatest depth of knowledge of South Florida of any other agent with whom I came into contact during my search for a buyer's agent. She knew exactly where very property was, and always had a very detailed history of the areas in which they were located. She paid very close attention when I told her what I was looking for in a property and didn't hesitate to inform me when my expectations were unrealistic int his part of Florida. She tailored our house searches accordingly and worked tirelessly to arrange showing times and kept us on schedule. Without Tina there to guide me, I would have been completely lost as I sought out a property that was as close to my hopes and needs as possible. She is great!

Buyer reviewTina is so amazing!! I first spoke to her at length on a Monday to go over my wants, needs, ideas, etc. She was very detailed and knew exactly the right questions to ask. By that Sunday, we had an signed, executed contract on my dream house in Fort Lauderdale! She was able to jump on a new listing in a hot market and get me the winning bid out of a ton of other offers that the seller had. The seller said that he selected me largely based on how impressive Tina was in her total presentation of herself and me as her client. I could go on forever about how great she is but to sum it up, she's the sweetest woman in the world, has decades of experience, and will help you find your dream home. There's no one out there that can close deals like she can.
