When I decided to move across the country (CA to WI), I needed a realtor I could depend on. Tina Riehl was amazing! Thanks to Tina, I was able to view homes via FaceTime! We viewed approx 6 homes and she went through EVERYTHING I would normally do when viewing a home including opening and looking in cabinets and drawers to make sure they worked properly, under the sinks looking for evidence of critters/bugs, turning on water, describing any smells present (she has a good sniffer ;) ). She even put the camera on her dashboard and drove me around town to show me around and tell me about town events and activities. I was moving to the area site unseen, so you can imagine how important and helpful this was to me! When I finally decided on a home, she did a great job of getting me paperwork FAST and communicating with the other agent and myself in a timely manner. I had a lender before I had Tina as my agent and unfortunately that lender was incredibly incompetent and (LONG story short) I had to start all over with a new lender. Tina recommended a lender who turned out to be just as amazing as she was. I was worried the sellers would back out of the deal because of the lender issues but Tina did a GREAT job of communicating the issues and status to the other side and together they managed to SAVE the deal! It was a total of 3 and a half months in escrow (including the issues with the previous lender) and we finally closed on the house. Tina and the new lender made closing day extra special for me in spite of closing during the COVID pandemic. Tina was an amazing agent and I would (and have) recommend her to my friends and loved ones.

Tina is very knowledgeable and we learned a lot during the home buying process, once we found our home we had a unique situation with the seller and she went above and beyond to get the deal done, she is a great person to deal with and I will recommend her to anyone
