As first time home buyers, Tina was very understanding of our needs and wants in a home and was very patient with us and made us very comfortable. She was very effective in communication and very quick to respond. She always made us feel like we were a priority. She was very upfront about everything which was very helpful for us and we appreciated every word. Tina made everything go as smooth as possible and was extremely knowledgeable about the whole process of making a purchase. Step by step she walked us through what to expect and what to prepare for. We enjoyed working with Tina and although we have come to the end of our journey of finding a home we are very sad to know that we won't be seeing much of her anymore. Choosing Tina was a no-brainer! My wife worked at Century 21 Affiliated as a relocation coordinator and out of all the Agents she used to deal with Tina was her first thought to work with when we relocated to the Fox Valley. We decided to move from Madison to the Fox Valley around Christmas time, she was able to bring her expertise of local areas and recommended a few spot on house choices based on our wants and needs. Tina went above and beyond for us during our search and final purchase of our new home. She also kept everything very confidential as we wanted to surprise family by moving closer to them. We couldn't think of a better Agent to use when buying a home and we feel like we have gained a lifelong friend in Tina Riehl.
