Todd McCauley is the owner / agent of CENTURY 21 Eagle Rock, a full-service real estate brokerage in Eagle, Idaho. He was raised in Eagle and graduated from Centennial High School in 1989. After graduating with an under graduate degree in business management, Todd worked for an international marketing research firm, Wirthlin Worldwide as a Project Director. He earned an MBA from Northwestern University in Chicago and worked as a Media Consultant in Chicago before returning to Boise in 2005 to open Eagle Rock Properties.

Seller reviewWe have used Todd McCauley and his fine staff @ Century 21 Eagle for 3 different Real Estate transactions....During this time Todd has earned our complete trust...He puts his clients needs and wants first, not trying to hard sell the first property he shows you...When you find what you want, Todd has all the info you need to see if property is priced fairly...Todd is very strategic when it comes to listing and selling your property. We were able to get top dollar for our home During the Winter when sales are typically "Dead".. Having earned our trust Todd has become a good friend. A person you feel good about knowing. Todd has also been a great source of information concerning Plumbers, Electricians,and other local services. Only negative thing I can say about Todd is he is not a Dodger Fan....
