Todd McCauley is the owner / agent of CENTURY 21 Eagle Rock, a full-service real estate brokerage in Eagle, Idaho. He was raised in Eagle and graduated from Centennial High School in 1989. After graduating with an under graduate degree in business management, Todd worked for an international marketing research firm, Wirthlin Worldwide as a Project Director. He earned an MBA from Northwestern University in Chicago and worked as a Media Consultant in Chicago before returning to Boise in 2005 to open Eagle Rock Properties.

Seller reviewI needed to sell my mother's house after she passed. With the house being in Nampa ID and me living out of state I had to rely on reviews online to find a realtor. I found Todd Mccauley and I couldn't have made a better choice! He was very professional and a great communicator. Todd answered the phone, responded to texts and emails promptly, giving expert advice while encouraging me to make the final decisions. With Todd you get his team too, Vicki Kondracki and Ruthie Palmatier complete the dream team. Vicki helped me with referrals for home repairs and was quick to offer support in many ways and Ruthie was always available for any questions I had about the paperwork. Having this team during this emotional process was a godsend, Selling a house while you are out of state adds a layer of stress, but with Todd, Vicki and Ruthie on the job I was confident of a good outcome. I highly recommend Todd Mccauley and his team, they are knowledgeable, experienced, attentive and professional.
