Todd McCauley is the owner / agent of CENTURY 21 Eagle Rock, a full-service real estate brokerage in Eagle, Idaho. He was raised in Eagle and graduated from Centennial High School in 1989. After graduating with an under graduate degree in business management, Todd worked for an international marketing research firm, Wirthlin Worldwide as a Project Director. He earned an MBA from Northwestern University in Chicago and worked as a Media Consultant in Chicago before returning to Boise in 2005 to open Eagle Rock Properties.

Buyer reviewTodd is an outstanding broker that has a excellent understanding of property values in the area, and who represented our best interests when we bought our new home. Initially we had a difficult appraiser known for low balling properties in our area, and after looking at several homes in the price range that the appraiser unofficially stated as the value for the home we wanted to buy, we knew he was off on his "guesstimate" (a.k.a. WAG), not just a little, but a lot. Todd worked with our loan officer, and a third party lender in an effort to make our current offer work out. Ultimately, our lender dismissed the initial appraiser, and chose an appraiser who employed logical home value analysis. The property value was within the loan amount we requested, and we achieved success for our purchase. Todd, Becky, and Ruthie at Eagle Rock have excellent communication skills, and were available when we needed their assistance. They were outstanding partners for the purchase of our new home, and we highly recommend them for your real estate broker needs!

He is a man of high moral and expertise in his business and that made buying a home feel so much less stressful because we trusted him completely. He is not motivated by his own gain but purely by the clients needs, wants and what is ethically right. His brokerage staff are amazing and so readily available to help, I know that because they respect and enjoy working for Todd that their work reflects their respect for him. There is no other realtor we would ever consider and we find any opportunity to spead his name so that others can have the same wonderful experience as we did when making one of the biggest and most stressful purchases in their life.
