Todd was attentive to details at every stage, and was in constant communication either via text or phone call. We never felt confused or lost among all this clients. And multiple times he took the initiative to gather information or take care of things on his own, saving us time and frustration. Truly a do-it-all realtor! Easy to talk to, and he is funny. He was never afraid to tell us he didn't know something, and then he would go find the answer rather than making something up. And Todd was never too busy to answer our many questions or discuss options with us. We will definitely use Todd for any future real estate transactions in the Boone area. I had a very positive experience with ERA in Florida approximately 2.5 years ago when I purchased a residential Lot. I kept in touch with my agent and when I decided to look for property in the Boone, Blowing Rock area of NC, I asked my agent for a recommendation. In very short order, I was contacted by Todd; obviously excellent intercompany communication and referral system. Living in Florida, it was difficult to conduct a property search during the limited time I had to actually visit. As such, it was critical that the agent understand my requirements and assist as needed to help with actions difficult for me to handle remotely. Todd did a superb job managing the process from start to finish. He was well prepared for my visit - leading to finding a property on the very 1st day (in fact, the very 1st cabin I visited!); much of my subsequent time was simply ruling out the possibility that there might be better options (there weren't)! Once I selected the property, we consulted on pricing and Todd devised a strategy, which to my pleasant surprise, led to Seller acceptance of the first offer without revision. During the due diligence process he was instrumental in assisting me, ensuring I had a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the property characteristics and condition. He was proactive in making suggestions re items to investigate that I overlooked. He provided service provider recommendations and assisted me with chasing actions as needed. It was a relatively short closing cycle so critical to keep on top of things. I would also note that this was a cabin property so we were dealing with issues unique to that situation - septic, well water, spring water, etc. I rated Todd excellent on all the usual defined survey characteristics, but a couple further comments to add. First is accessibility - very important for me being a significant distance away. Todd was available 24/7 for any question/inquiry & responded immediately. The second, and more important addition - Todd made the process enjoyable, I would even say it was a fun experience! This was my 8th home purchase - definitely the best; throughout the process, Todd put my best interests first.
