Tom was excellent at negotiating with our budget in mind. When the sellers countered with different terms, he pushed back appropriately to get us the best deal we felt comfortable with. There were many negotiable items in play and Tom understood our position, advocated for it, and successfully closed the deal.

JWM managed this property as a rental for 4 and did a great job! Kudos to Cheryl and Tracy! It was an easy decision to stay with the company for the sale. Tom Belderbos did an amazing job for us. Since we all live remotely and there were four owners, it was a challenge I'm sure to keep up with communication and contract updates. He did so flawlessly. Tom has a professional and cheerful can do attitude with a knack for handling all issues that come up with a sale, which can take many turns depending on other parties. He kept on top of everything with exceptional timeliness and communication. One of his best attributes is fact checking with the source (loan agency, title company, inspectors, certifications) when conflicts or discrepancies arise with negotiating buyers so that sound and confidant decisions can be made on issues that come up. Tom takes the tension and anxiety off the sellers as we knew we were in very capable, experienced hands. His ability to respond promptly and consistently to phone and emails really impressed us! I cannot say enough good things about Tom! I wish he lived in my state so he could handle my home sale when the time comes! You are lucky to have him in your organization! I think I managed to cover most everything in the above section. One other very important thing is how he combs all the internet and other sites for prospective buyer interest and promotes their interest rather than waiting for people to come to him. This amplifies and highlights our property in a very effective way. I also felt he understood our history and attachments to the property and matched us with a really appropriate buyer. One last thing I really appreciated was his proactive attitude in personally taking care of things like changing filters or batteries if needed. It has been a pleasure working with all JWM staff the past 4 years. I lucked out when I hired them after a site visit with Cheryl after a tip from a neighbor who knew about them. They take the stress out of all aspects of owning rental property. Tracy was lead in some important maintenance and repairs that came up and both used there own personal time to find the best match for appliances that needed replacing in an old house where parts or models may no longer be available. I also found their accounting and statements very accurate and easy to follow. Seems nothing was too much to ask. Tracy even came to rescue us with a key once when we accidentally locked ourselves out! I will miss working with all of you! If I left anything out it was inadvertent not intentional!

Tom was professional, patient and ALWAYS at the ready. Extremely accommodating and available. If he was unsure of a question we asked, he would admit not being 100% clear of the answer, then would immediately research the question and provide a correct answer. Very happy to have met and worked with him. We will recommend him to anyone we know looking for property in our area. He showed up for all inspections on time and had pertinent suggestions for other avenues of progress. He always had a list of whatever companies we would need. He is a good man. Solid work ethic. Our 4th home purchase in 30 years, Tom by far, was our favorite. Never had any doubts in his ability or our decision to work with him.
