Being a first time seller and buyer, Tom Tussing took the time to explain a lot to me. I really had no knowledge. Tom was available any time I needed him, and when he couldn't be, he made sure I was taken care of with Jodi, she was great! Tom promised he could sell the house and he kept his word! Tom Tussing worked hard to sell my house and to also get me into another place!

Tom Tussing, is an outstanding agent and human being. His knowledge was superb about the region and housing from their structures, systems, etc inside and outside. He listened closely to my needs and concerns as we searched for the perfect place for me. In fact, after seeing properties I had to return to New Mexico without having found what I really wanted. He took it upon himself to search for what he knew I wanted and sent me online two properties and that met all my needs and expectations. I selected the one that I now live in physical site unseen because I trusted Tom who I felt had come to know me. The process for financing was a challenge but Tom helped me negotiate the ups and downs of it all because of his patience and genuine interest in my well being. I will be sure to recommend him to colleagues in search of housing and my hope is we will stay connected. He is special representing your agency with the highest degree of professionalism and ethical standards and practices. I was impressed with how he worked around my time schedule to accommodate me. I stand by what I said previously with respect to his knowledge and attention to detail by taking the lead in all of these area. His explanation for the whys and how we're clear and precise. He answered every question we had with patience and understanding. I never felt patronized as I have been in similar situations. I stand by what I wrote previously that addresses each of these areas. Tom is one of the most trustworthy and respectful individuals I ever had the honor and fortune of meeting. His communication skills were outstanding. He made us feel comfortable and valued. Tom was excellent. Without Tom, I'm not sure I would have seen this through. Tom was aware of concerns I had with the financing process and handled it diplomatically so that the process could move forward to its completion. I'm very happy with where I find myself in my condo that is due to the excellent service Tom provided

tom was calm and consistent in his approach. He held many open houses which ultimately the key to selling the home. His low key approach was an attraction to the buyers. Not pushy but persistent. buyers want to buy a house NOT be sold a house. Tom excelled in this area.
