With the high demand in the market today, it was always reassuring knowing I had the chance to be one of the first offers. I switched my focus to purchasing raw land instead of a new home, and Tom was there to support that as well. I closed on my property in December 2021 with the help of Tom and have no regrets. I used Tom for the sale of another residential property of mine and that process went smoothly and he kept me informed the entire time. Highly recommend and will use for all future real estate purchases and sales!
