His understanding of the market and the negotiation process made the purchase of our new house fast and easy as well. He offered his expertise whenever we were faced with decisions that we weren't sure how to approach. His explanations we're always professional and confident, which helped ease our stress and made our decisions much more clear. He made himself available to us at all times. Phone calls and texts were answered and responded to quickly. This availability made the process much easier, because we were never left waiting and wondering what we should do or what was happening. We always knew exactly what was going on, what to expect, and the reasons why. We couldn't imagine what the process would be like without someone like Tom in our corner. We feel very lucky to have had his assistance in our selling and buying process.
