Tom did an excellent job as our realtor. He spent time showing us market comparables so that we set our sales price properly. He was always available for questions via phone calls, texts and emails. He always followed up with buyer's agents to get their feedback after a showing, which allowed us to make any changes to our listing if we needed to.July 2020
Tom also proved to be very knowledgeable. We sold our house during the covid-19 pandemic and Tom knew that setting up a virtual tour of our home would be critical. I believe the virtual tour significantly helped us to get an offer.

I have bought and sold several properties in my life -- including 7 transactions in CT. Tom is by far the best agent I've ever worked with. Not only was he responsive and knowledgeable, he always went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. We chose Tom Vanacore to help us list/sell our home, and help us find a new one. He came highly recommended from a friend. We've only purchased one house in the past, so we weren't too familiar with the process. Tom helped us understand the process, and was patient with our learning. Tom referred me to a great attorney and was on top of everything. I was in great hands. When delays at the bank were making me crazy, he made sure to do everything within his power to move things along and to get an extension when we needed it. I consider him a friend and someone I hope very much to keep in touch with. Given how busy I was working full time and going to school full time, I didn't have much time to work with. Still, he made it happen. I know that everyone has different personality needs in an agent, but he was the calm in my crazy, and I am so grateful that I had him in my corner.
