We utilized Traci Jones-Brigle's services for a concurrent sale and purchase a few years ago, and for the concurrent sale and purchase we just did. She was and has been impeccable in terms of service and relationship. Even while being an incredible professional Traci made us feel like close friends whom she would never let down. I feel it has been her personal goal to get us into a home that we did not like, but loved. We asked a lot of Traci, and she always came through. She literally drove the extra miles for us. For our past home we saw about 18 homes in person. She knew when we found our perfect home before we even said the words. For our latest home she drove around with us for almost 9 hours in one day, allowing us to come up with homes to see and scheduled the viewing on the fly. During the whole process I always felt that I had the ability to call or text any question no matter how mundane. Traci always answered every question as if it was the most important. She calmed us down when we got frustrated. And we fed off of her energy to be excited about the process. I have never worked with anyone that is of Traci's caliber before. And I'm certain she is who I will compare any other sales professional to from now on. She has spoiled us and deserves all of our thanks. Our sale was flawless. The listing was written very well. The photographer hired did a great job documenting the house for the listing. Every bit of paperwork was handled and written professionally and explained thoroughly.
