We communicated first by email, then phone and finally in person when she spent ALL DAY driving us around looking at house we had identified or were her suggestions. Traci was patient, humorous and informative. Traci worked with the sellers agent and negotiated back and forth a number of times. Finally we were able to purchase a home below asking. Traci was able to get the seller to do a walk through with us once we closed. Overall Traci Cypher is AWESOME!

Buyer reviewWe were looking for a local realtor with experience with VA loans, and experience in the multiple counties we were originally looking through. We were also intrigued by not only Traci's real estate market knowledge, but also the details that she knew about the materials of the builds and the pros and cons of those materials. When we purchased our home it was a sellers market. Traci gave us a good idea of what to offer in our initial offer so that we not only had a strong chance of winning against any competing bids, but also that we would not go over the limits of our mortgage, as well as leaving some room to raise our offer, if needed. Traci was above and beyond! She was always ready to communicate fully. If it was simple to explain, she would reply in a text, which we really appreciated. If she knew the topic was too complicated for texting, she would call immediately to finish the conversation over the phone, which we appreciated even more! It was really lovely working with Traci!
