She helped organize the work that needed to be done on house prior to selling and was there anytime we needed her either by phone, email or text. She was wonderful to work with and would definitely recommend her to others. We never felt alone or being ignored by her from start to finish. Even the people Traci had to coordinate with for getting things fixed and done were all very nice and easy to work with.

Buyer reviewTraci Cypher was a jewel to work with. We just moved back to the area after 20 years of being away. She also found a realtor down in Pierce county to help us sell our house there. It's been many years since we've purchased a home and we were a bit overwhelmed by the whole process. The lack of homes for sale in our price range was a bit daunting, but each time one came on the market Traci was there to show it to us, or ask if we were interested. Traci was so very patient with us. I had many questions, most of which I thought were probably stupid, but Traci assured me they weren't! She did not hesitate to find answers to our questions or to drop whatever she was doing to drive over and show us another listing. I would recommend Traci to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. she has so much knowledge about homes, and the area. She even went so far as to recommend a contractor for some remodel work. To say she goes above and beyond is truly an understatement
