About Tracy Chan 吳陳優 - The Realtor for You. I came from Hong Kong, graduated from Montclair State University in Upper Montclair, New Jersey. I received my MBA from CUNY Baruch while working full time in NYC. I write as well as speak fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

With my background, I am reaching out to Asian clients who would find a realtor speaking in their native language make the process of buying and selling real estates a lot easier. With my language skills, I am doing English translation in a Chinese Church as well.

I had worked for a Turkish shipping company in NYC for 7 years as an Operations manager. I have gained vast experience working with international business professionals who have different accents and cultures especially in Eastern Europe. My MBA in computer science also gives me total control of the state-of-the-art real estate listing technology tools. For example, all of my listings will have a free custom built Visual Tour.

Besides, I love music and am currently playing piano in church and teaching my children as well. Teaching students allow me to learn to listen to their problems and adjust myself to fit each student's learning curve. I believe this has given me the fundamental skills in working with all my real estate clients.

Tracy handles real estate process with professionalism. She has a great sense in every type of broker business whether you are buying, selling or renting. Tracy helped us sell our property at a great price. When encountering unforeseen obstacles, Tracy provided very practical suggestions. This is my third time work with Tracy, she is a kind of agent who really stands in client's shoes to think on our side. Another quality of her is she is knowledgeable and is willing to provide your with different scenarios to tackle the potential issue. So if one plan does not work, we can easily adopt another plan. That is why I feel comfortable to work with Tracy. She is not only trustworthy but also accessible. Every time I had questions, she would reply right away. In addition, she even helped us to move the bulk on the curbside after closing since town only pick up the bulk at the end of each month and we moved out of state. When there is no comparison you can't tell how knowledgeable Tracy is. This time we have to deal with a first time buyer whose agent was literally of no help to the buyer that gave us a lot of back and forth. The buyer agent gave us a contract without buyer's signature. Tracy caught that and communicated with the buyer agent to request signature. Another example is a natural gas grill on the deck. Through all the process, the buyer's agent had never ever mentioned anything about removing the grill on the deck. On the day of walk through, the buyer wanted us to remove it. This was very ridiculous. I communicated with Tracy and told her that grill is not a portable one. It uses natural gas therefore it is not that easy to remove. It is kind like something built with the house. Tracy is able to communicate with the buyer to make buyer understand it. This is a quality of an excellent agent who can solve up coming issues.
