About Tracy Chan 吳 陳優 - The Realtor for You. I came from Hong Kong, graduated from Montclair State University in Upper Montclair, New Jersey. I received my MBA from CUNY Baruch while working full time in NYC. I write as well as speak fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
With my background, I am reaching out to Asian clients who would find a realtor speaking in their native language make the process of buying and selling real estates a lot easier. With my language skills, I am doing English translation in a Chinese Church as well.
I had worked for a Turkish shipping company in NYC for 7 years as an Operations manager. I have gained vast experience working with international business professionals who have different accents and cultures especially in Eastern Europe. My MBA in computer science also gives me total control of the state-of-the-art real estate listing technology tools. For example, all of my listings will have a free custom built Visual Tour.
Besides, I love music and am currently playing piano in church and teaching my children as well. Teaching students allow me to learn to listen to their problems and adjust myself to fit each student's learning curve. I believe this has given me the fundamental skills in working with all my real estate clients.

Buyer reviewThis is the first time that I buy a property and i was overwhelmed with everything. But when I reached out to Tracy Chan she calmed me down with one meeting. It is really nice to have an agent that is fluent in both English and Chinese,and has great knowledge with local properties and traditional cultures. For my house selling agent, I decided to go with Tracy who stood out as an exception estate agent after interviewing several other real estate agents as well as reviewed their recommendations. Tracy has deep knowledge of housing market in Clifton and was a highly recommended seller's agent who sold a house on my street within few weeks just before we listed our house! Her recommendations/reviews do truly reflect with my experince with her as estate agent. She made the whole home selling process a smooth one. Tracy took the time out to sit with us and go over the whole home selling process and she also helped out with staging the home and giving us some quality advice. She was a excellent agent, not only she helped me find the perfect home but also respected the clients time. She does a great job at listening for her clients needs and doesn't waste time showing us properties that didn't meet our objectives. Buyer reviewTracy has been very very helpful and held our hands all the way from searching for home to closing. She was very patience and didn't get upset when we cancelled our first sales contract. She continued to help and guide us. She even helped us to communicate with the tenant and get the lease set up for us after closing. We truly appreciate her extra mile of services.
