But she impressed me with her friendliness, her patience, her realistic assessment of the property, her knowledge of the market in the area, and her ideas for marketing the unit. So I decided to take a chance with her, despite her relative inexperience. I am so glad I did! Tracy worked very hard for me, and unlike brokers I had used in the past, she communicated with me about what was going on -- without my having to prompt her! I felt that she was in my corner, trying to get the best deal possible for me. I also felt good about how she could rely on the resources of Century 21 when she needed to -- a few times in the process, she would mention that she had asked colleagues their opinions on various issues.
