We were first time home buyers and new to the area, and Tracy was patient and took the time to explain each step in the home buying process to us. We ultimately decided to buy a condo, and Tracy was so knowledgeable about condos, having experience being on the board of a condo herself. Additionally, she told us lots of tips/ tricks to look out for throughout the home search, and to look out for during the home inspection too that we wouldn't have seen if she wasn't there.
