Seller reviewTracy Thomas was very patient in dealing with a very difficult tenant when listing and ultimately selling the property that we have rented for over 12 years. Her persistence to weed through the problems and continue to focus on the end goal was certainly commendable. I did not feel for one second that she did not have my (and my wifes) best interests at the forefront of her mind. Bridging the gap from California to Bossier City proved a bit difficult at times but we made our way through things and she was able to be reached or quickly returned calls when questions or concerns reared their ugly head. Her professionalism shined through even when things started to go sideways in a few instances. In spite of some setbacks caused by tenants and sellers we got the deal done and it was completed to my satisfaction. If ever I have future transactions in the Shreveport/Bossier City area I will without a doubt reach out to Tracy for assistance.

Seller reviewWe can't speak highly enough about Tracy Thomas and her team. We were selling our rental home in Louisiana and we lived in North Carolina. The tenants left the home in bad shape. Before we could even get on market she and her team got estimates to get everything possible fixed. She the had a professional take pictures of the home. To help sell the home her partner Elaine used some of her own furniture to stage the home. Anytime Tracy suggested anything like lowering the price, I trusted her completely. In the end she was able to sell the home and I made more than I thought I would without having to put a lot more into repairs. I would use Tracy again for sure!
