Seller reviewTracy did an outstanding job of keeping me informed throughout the process and explained each step to me. I was anxious as this was my first time selling and buying a home. Tracy helped me throughout this process. She's friendly, personable, and quite knowledgeable. The reason my house took longer to sell was that by.the time I was ready to sell, the market was slowing due to children returning to school and the Holidays. After New Year's, home showings increased leading to the sale. I will recommend Tracy to everyone!
