Trish holds an Associate's Degree in Architectural Technology and spent four years working as a full-time kitchen and bath designer. The designer experience gives her a keen eye for staging homes in preparation for sale; as well as, assisting buyers visualize how they can turn a house into a home .

Seller reviewTrish Lusk was successful in helping sell a lot that I thought was not buildable. She had worked with the owner of a lot next door that was much like mine. She helped those owners determine the true value of the lot and get it sold. Trish was available and willing to answer questions long before I thought about selling. She was alway quick to answer emails and calls. Once I decided to sell it went very fast. The first offer did fall thru but we had another offer within 1-2 days. I can't tell you enough how kind and helpful and available Trish was. She made an experience I had avoided for years go so smooth. If you need to buy or sell real estate in the OBX, call Trish.

We were performing our search from Pennsylvania, and Trish made herself available anytime we travelled to the Outer Banks to search for homes, which was generally Saturdays and Sundays on off hours. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and listened to our feedback and our requirements to help us narrow our search down to the neighborhoods and towns that would fit our needs the best. Without Trish's help I don't think my wife and I would have found what we wanted in the area that best fits our needs. I can't recommend Trish enough!
