Trish, a true native, has spent a lifetime gaining "Outer Banks knowledge" and has found a love for helping people discover their own piece of paradise on the island. Trish holds an Associate's Degree in Architectural Technology and spent four years working as a full-time kitchen and bath designer. The designer experience gives her a keen eye for staging homes in preparation for sale; as well as, assisting buyers visualize how they can turn a house into a home .

Seller reviewTrish is simply the best Realtor I have ever worked with. She is very familiar with the local area and works tirelessly to meet your objectives. Trish kept us up to date on the progress of everything and did a fantastic job marketing our property. Trish does all the little things you don't think about, and did a few tasks she really didn't have to, in order to help us out after we had moved. We had previously worked with Trish as buyer's and she was equally spectacular. If moving back to OBX I would 100% work with her again.
