Trish holds an Associate's Degree in Architectural Technology and spent four years working as a full-time kitchen and bath designer. The designer experience gives her a keen eye for staging homes in preparation for sale; as well as, assisting buyers visualize how they can turn a house into a home .

Buyer reviewWe met Trish Lusk through multiple recommendations on social media. She was exceptional in our pursuit of a vacation home in OBX. We toured two homes with Trish in person during a family vacation. When homes popped on the market, Trish toured the homes and sent videos to us. When our dream home came on the market, she responded quickly and was the first realtor to schedule a tour. She sent us videos with enough detail for us to make an offer without ever stepping foot into the home. Living six hours away, we were anxious about purchasing a home in NC; however, Trish took all the anxiety away. Thanks to her expertise and attentiveness, everything to fell into place. Seller reviewAs far as sales contracts go...this was one of the most difficult. Trish was able to calmly work through every complexity and still handle all of her other sales tasks with other clients. Many customers tend to forget that most brokers are multi tasking, while still meeting every clients needs and only the few very talented agents can handle this level of demanding attention with the degree of professionalism that Trish showed during this sales process.
