Trish holds an Associate's Degree in Architectural Technology and spent four years working as a full-time kitchen and bath designer. The designer experience gives her a keen eye for staging homes in preparation for sale; as well as, assisting buyers visualize how they can turn a house into a home .

She was very knowledgeable about the area and provided us with a lot of great insight to some of the specific streets/neighborhoods that we wouldn't have know on our own. We only wish we would've started looking in the OBX with her sooner so we could've purchased a property there. She was very flexible in expanding our search inland though and we ultimately ended up in a home we love. We would love to use her again, hopefully sooner than later to purchase a vacation property in the OBX. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone I know.
