Trish was very knowledgeable and easy to contact. She would respond immediately and always had the answers I needed, if not right away, she knew who to call. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the area. She truly went above and beyond for me and my family. She even helped up with yard work in the new house. She is one of a kind and we want to adopt her into our family. Such an amazing person. She is amazing. I am so glad she helped us find our dream beach house.

Trish sold my home in only 32 days on the market, which is a short time for our local market. During that time, she had a well-planned and seasonally themed open house that was a big success. She additionally sent out mailers and posted videos of my property via social media and focused heavily on targeted marketing. This effort greatly reduced our time on market. This was my first time selling a home, she was patient as well as extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns. Her communication is top notch and she is very focused on her clients. I would highly recommend Trish Lusk for anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Outstanding professional! Trish made an emotional situation a little more bearable by helping us sell our vacation home quickly and efficiently. She was extremely thoughtful and informative, always keeping us in the loop via email or texting for an important question.
