The fact that I had already moved out of the area before it was on the market could have presented problems, but Trish made the process go as smoothly as possible, which really took the pressure off of me. She truly went above and beyond any agent I've worked with in the past. She made me feel that we were working as a team. I would use her again, and refer her as well, in a heartbeat!!!
