Buyer reviewTrish helped my wife and I find our beautiful home , she showed us several homes and worked with our schedule. She is a very exciting person and gave us tricks and tips about everything and everywhere we went . She kept up with our file and checked in when she needed. She is very aggressive when it comes to the lender/seller/builder like is should be. She is an amazing woman who understands everyone's dreams and will not stop till you find a home!

Seller reviewTrish did an excellent job preparing our house for listing and sitting down and talking with us on what we need to do to prepare it as well. Trish is extremely knowledgeable on all the aspects of buying and selling a house, And was very informative of all the questions we asked. Trish was excellent at responding or answering phone calls when we had questions or concerns and provided us with good solid information or answers to our questions. Trish is very trustworthy and honest and when it came time to negotiate did a very good job on informing us in what we should agree with and not agree with. We have used Trish to purchase a house and some land and sell this house and every time she has been excellent

Buyer reviewVery responsive and helpful. Trish made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier. She answered all of our questions and numerous concerns over various subjects. Trish was very knowledgeable about the properties we wanted to see and she was very honest about any issues that could have caused us problems in the future. She had required paperwork to is within minutes of it hitting her 'desk and in turn had it back to the other party immediately after we signed. Very very fast! This is our second house with Trish (she also sold that first one we bought with her) and we plan on using her if we ever buy again. We recommended her (and will continue to do so) to all of our friends and coworkers. Thank you for an AWESOME experience, Trish!

She even brought her daughter to viewings and closings so my kids could play with her and I could focus on the tasks at hand. If I ever need a realtor again, Trish will be my first call.
