We are so very happy that we met Troy Roberts about two years ago when we first moved to Indiana. We met Troy through a friend that had recently utilized Troy's services. Troy found and sold us our first house. Later we decided we wanted a different house with more land with pretty trees. Troy happily helped us find our dream home! Troy was very helpful with regard to our negotiations and bidding process. He gave us good advice that in turn saved us a lot of money. Talk about patient! Troy was amazing and never showed anything but delight when we asked to see another property. And he showed us plenty!! He also never threatened to take my wife's smart phone away to prevent her from finding more and more properties to view. This was such a great experience. This is our forever home so I don't think we'll be needing Troy's services again. However, should something change- we definitely would call on Troy to help us again. As a result of our dealings, we have become good friends with Troy!

Troy was one heck of a nice guy, I dealt with another agent that didn't understand what I was wanting like Troy did. Troy let me know as soon as the house went up for sale and was very easy to get ahold of and he knew his knowledge. What really stuck out to me is he wasn't afraid to get on the floor and find crawl space entries or walk around the outside (when it was cold) showing me the window conditions. I would ten out of ten recommend Troy for anyone looking for a house. He made me feel like part of his family and helped steer me towards a house that was a better fit than the first one I went to see. Definetly a stand up guy! I don't think I could have picked any better of an agent!! Just overall a great guy!!
