My husband and I were buying our first home and was not knowledgeable on the process. Troy went above and beyond to keep us informed all the way through the process. We first met Troy Roberts when we visited Indiana to look for a home. Our friends from Church recommended Troy Roberts. We'll, we ran him a little ragged but on our last day before we had to catch our flight back to Florida, he found us a home that we decided to purchase. He had us come to his office immediately to sign papers. We put in our bid and the next day got on the plane. We didn't know until we landed if we in fact got the house or not because we had to have our phones off during the flight. Hooray! We did! The closing process was smooth and we moved to Indiana. Since that time we continued to look for a house with more land. We drove Troy Roberts ragged, for sure. He won't tell you that but I know we did. He'd just smile and take us to see the next home we were interested in. He's the best, and we mean that! So after many prayers, a place hit the market that we loved and Troy got us in to see it and we put in a bid. Again, he immediately had us go to his office and start paperwork. And as fate would have it, our bid was accepted! (It wasn't really fate, it was God's grace!) soon after we got things out of the first house Troy sold us, we had Troy list it for sale. Within just a couple days we accepted an offer. The rest is history! Within the 30 days Troy told us it would take to close, we closed. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly. We are ever so grateful for God placing Troy, a Godly man, in our lives and that he was able to help us so much. We are eternally grateful. We will ask Troy Roberts to help us again if we ever decide to buy or sell another property.
