She was always instantly available when I had questions or was uncertain about how to proceed at any stage of the transaction. She helped me understand and kept me informed of everything that was going on throughout the entire procedure. She was on "top of the game." Twila was out for a few weeks for the delivery of her son. She had a couple of other agents fill in for her during this time and they were absolutely fabulous! The entire staff of Century 21 with whom I dealt, from the receptionist to the broker, were delightfully friendly, helpful, and totally professional. I never submitted a request or asked a question that was not instantly taken care of....and I had a lot of questions and requests!
