Valerie is a lifelong resident of the city of Indianapolis, where she graduated from Roncalli High School and Indiana University with her Bachelors Degree in Social Work. Valerie has been involved in many sides of the real estate transaction from title insurance, selling new construction, managing rental properties, rehabbing investment properties and finally a real estate agent with Century 21 Scheetz. Her vast knowledge of the Indianapolis market has helped her to excel in real estate sales. Seller reviewWe used Valerie when we bought the house originally. She was very personable yet very professional. I liked that she really knew the area and was considered a good performer for the firm. She took care of the more petty things and involved us for the decision making issues etc... this considertion and knowledge really helps when the sale of your home is somewhat emotional. Valerie works hard and listens to details and remembers information throughout the transaction. We plan to use Valerie for our next housing transaction. I would recomend her to all potential buyers and sellers. Professional yet very down to earth. A real person! The experience was great!

She worked to market our property to sell in a quick timeline at the best price possible. Her deep understanding of the market during our sales made it possible for us to buy the only house we were willing to move for! She was great start to finish and even after. We would absolutely use her again, but we are staying put for a long, long time.

Buyer reviewWhen we purchased our first home, we didn't think 8 months later we would be putting it back on the market. After living there only a short period of time, we thought for sure we would be our money and have to go to an apartment to save up for a down payment on a house in more desirable neighborhood. But, Valerie is amazing and sold our house for way more than we bought it for which allowed us enough money to buy a new home that is so perfect for us. We've already referred her to a couple of people and definitely will continue to do so. She also has our business, years from now once it's time to sell this home. :) If you want a realtor that is friendly, honest, knowledgeable and gets the job done.. Valerie is your girl.. you will NOT be disappointed.
