Valerie is a lifelong resident of the city of Indianapolis, where she graduated from Roncalli High School and Indiana University with her Bachelors Degree in Social Work. Valerie has been involved in many sides of the real estate transaction from title insurance, selling new construction, managing rental properties, rehabbing investment properties and finally a real estate agent with Century 21 Scheetz. Seller reviewWe are extremely happy with having Valerie sell our home. Home selling is stressful, she kindly answered all of our questions and talked through things with me when I got anxious/nervous. We had two separate buyers and the first deal fell through but Valerie had the knowledge that was needed to negotiate a good outcome. She had our backs 100% and within hours had our home back on the market. Seller reviewShe sold neighbor's homes a year earlier and they sold fast and for good price. I took a photo of her yard sign across the street and hung on to it for when I would need it. Valerie is amazing! Everything she predicted came through as planned, or better, including multiple offers above asking price within 24 hours of listing. I was blown away. Again, blown away by how fast it went. Probably about as painless as selling a home can be.
