The whole experience was exceptional. Very detailed. Vanessa Lefler- Larned walked us through the house and pointed out so many things we had missed and had not thought about asking for. She really held our hand through the entire process and informed us the sale of our "perfect" house as soon as it came on the market. She knew what we wanted in detail. Vanessa Lefler- Larned was always available to answer any question or concern we had.We are 1st time homeowners but had previously worked with other agents in the past and always felt very highly pressured. Working with Vanessa we felt comfortable knowing that this was the house for us and this was the time to buy it. We never felt like it was about her making commission. Buyer reviewVanessa is by far the best realtor my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of working with. With relative ease she understood the budget we were working with and did not waste our time looking at properties outside of that range. She very quickly came to an understanding of the type of home we were looking for which truly saved us a lot of time when it came to filtering through the local real estate. Best of all when we finally found a property we liked, even though it was a long shot that we would get it, with all the other offers, she stuck by us and amazingly everything worked out in the end. This is the second time we have worked with Vanessa and it was just as comfortable as the first. We feel very blessed to have had a realtor as excellent a Vanessa to help us in home buying and selling processes. I would recommend Vanessa to anyone in the Siouxland area. She took the time to show us a huge variety of properties, from move in ready homes to "fixer-uppers". We do not have a lot of time to actually browse listing online, so Vanessa was our eyes suggesting a number of properties. This touring process certainly made our decision to purchase much easier. Because this purchase was a foreclosure we never could have completed this without Vanessa. Her attention to detail and continual communication was crucial in getting this done.
