She was incredibly timely in any information we needed as well as had a fantastic initiative in the offer/closing process. She was always on-time, and knowledgeable at any and every property we were looking at. I cannot recommend her enough for all the help she offered in the process and her fantastic knowledge and skillset she offered in the process of our house hunting/purchasing. I know sometimes choosing "Excellent" in everything can come across as a bit exaggerative in these types of surveys, but know that Vanessa is an absolute pinnacle example of a perfect agent and I will be recommending her to everyone I know who is looking to purchase housing in the future. She always knew what to do and I never felt lost since she was a text away with all the answers!
