Buyer reviewVictoria was our realtor a few years back and it never even crossed my mind to use anyone but her. She was exactly what we needed. Victoria's attention to detail was amazing. Any questions we had were answered immediately and she was always willing to explain everything in detail. Our experience was AMAZING. It is always very stressful to buy/sell houses. Victoria has a way of calming you down and reassuring you. I can't imagine having this experience with anyone else.

She showed me the house while she was sick, so I wouldn't miss the opportunity to put in a purchase agreement. She also worked with me and the bank while she was on vacation. Making sure the loan process was moving along smoothly. She is a very professional agent and you can tell that she is dedicated to her work and strives to make her client happy.

Buyer reviewVictoria is a top notch realtor. She was very attentive and always made me feel like I was her only client. Her expertise in not only reality, but in the area was crucial for us. We are from out of town, and she was able to provide us with information about the different areas. When it came to showings, Victoria was able to set us up with multiple houses to view each day. That was worthwhile and extremely important to us being that we lived two hours away. Victoria always had our backs and best interests in the fore front. We had issues with communication on the mortgage end, and she was very present and persistent and was able to get closing done sooner! I would recommend Victoria to anyone. She is readily available, attentive, and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with her!

Victoria made a point to make sure that we understood everything that was going on and always available to answer any questions that we had. She helped eliminate some of the stress and anxiety that comes with purchasing a home. She was very patient with us when it came to making decisions. Victoria was very accommodating with our schedules to show us houses. She went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were able to purchase our first home. I would recommend Victoria to any one that is looking for a new home now or in the future.

Buyer reviewVictoria did an outstanding job in presenting us homes to view in the Midland area (and surrounding counties) that fit our requirements. Since we live in Southern Indiana, it wasn't an easy task for her to map out the route for a Saturday/Sunday viewing of 6-10 homes per day to best utilize our time efficiently. This happened on multiple weekends! She did this masterfully and in most cases on short notice (since our travels changed frequently). She was always very professional and timely in responses to phone calls, emails and texts! In addition, most documents were posted on the shared site for signing or viewing within a few hours (if not minutes) after our visits. The overall experience was stress free, pleasant and we would strongly recommend her to any of our friends or family looking to purchase a home in the Midland area (or any area that she covers). -Jeff & Sheryl Schafer
