We put our house up for sale on a Friday morning. We had 17 showings in two days and 3 offers to choose from. We accepted the best offer the day after it went up for sale. This tells me Victoria is amazing at what she does! Victoria always kept us informed and everything was taken care of in a very timely manner. Buying and selling houses is very stressful. Having Victoria as our agent took a lot of the stress out of the process. She was very good at helping us look at things logically and was always available to explain things we didn't understand. Highly highly recommended!!

She showed me the house while she was sick, so I wouldn't miss the opportunity to put in a purchase agreement. She also worked with me and the bank while she was on vacation. We are from out of town, and she was able to provide us with information about the different areas. When it came to showings, Victoria was able to set us up with multiple houses to view each day. That was worthwhile and extremely important to us being that we lived two hours away. Victoria always had our backs and best interests in the fore front. We had issues with communication on the mortgage end, and she was very present and persistent and was able to get closing done sooner! I would recommend Victoria to anyone.
