Buyer reviewWorking with Victoria Baker was great!! We had many up and downs when purchasing our first home. Victoria made a point to make sure that we understood everything that was going on and always available to answer any questions that we had. She helped eliminate some of the stress and anxiety that comes with purchasing a home. She was very patient with us when it came to making decisions. Victoria was very accommodating with our schedules to show us houses. She went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were able to purchase our first home. I would recommend Victoria to any one that is looking for a new home now or in the future.

Buyer reviewVictoria did an outstanding job in presenting us homes to view in the Midland area (and surrounding counties) that fit our requirements. Since we live in Southern Indiana, it wasn't an easy task for her to map out the route for a Saturday/Sunday viewing of 6-10 homes per day to best utilize our time efficiently. This happened on multiple weekends! She did this masterfully and in most cases on short notice (since our travels changed frequently). She was always very professional and timely in responses to phone calls, emails and texts! In addition, most documents were posted on the shared site for signing or viewing within a few hours (if not minutes) after our visits. The overall experience was stress free, pleasant and we would strongly recommend her to any of our friends or family looking to purchase a home in the Midland area (or any area that she covers). -Jeff & Sheryl Schafer

Buyer reviewVictoria Baker helped us on our long journey from Colorado to Michigan from start to finish about 3 months when you have someone that can walk you through the process makes it so much easier . I was in construction a few years and she pointed out things foundation to electrical things and average person might not know. All and all I would recommend her!

Buyer reviewWe received Victoria as our agent via a listing on Zillow.com. We couldn't have been given a better agent. Her knowledge of the business and the area was very important and impressive to us. Many times she went above and beyond to assist us. The timely manner of her responses and action items were almost immediate. We would receive emails and texts late at night and it made us wonder if she ever even slept. I know Victoria had many other clients, but she made us feel like we were the only client she had because she was always available and helpful. During our buying experience, there was a new requirement to finish the purchase. This requirement was new to all involved. Victoria made the time to dive into this area of the unknown and learn as much as she could to help us. That said a lot and meant a lot to us as buyers. I would recommend Victoria to a friend or family member in a heart beat.
