Buyer reviewVictoria went above and beyond during our property search. She traveled with us to numerous properties (we really have lost count on how many we have seen) for well over a year. The miles she put on her car while helping us to find the perfect "up north" place is astronomical. She traveled down muddy back roads, walked acres and acres, and still had a smile on her face through the whole process. We really could not have asked for a better realtor. Thank you, Victoria, for all of the time spent!! We can't wait to move into our new place.

Victoria was at our beck and call everyday. She promptly answered our questions and provided prompt information via text, and email, even on Sunday. She understood what we were looking for and was able to show us relevant properties. We had been casually looking for a while for lakefront property and when we decided to look more seriously Victoria understood this and ramped up the amount of attention she put towards our search. Once we got to the point of putting in an offer Victoria was great at pushing our purchase through from start to finish, she was always available to answer questions and managed to get us to closing in record time. For anyone looking for water on Wixom Lake I would highly recommend Victoria as she knows and understand the area and can help direct you to something that fits your needs.

Buyer reviewAs a first time buyer I was super nervous about the whole process. From the second I met Victoria at the showing she made me feel calm about buying a house. She was informative not only about the house but about other things I would need to know about as a homeowner. She was great at communicating when it came to any needs that I had. I never felt afraid to ask her a question, no matter how small the question was I was confident that her response would guide me in the right direction. She even helped guide me when it came to negotiating the purchase price. She informed me of how the process typically goes and how I should approach it. Whenever we needed to schedule a showing or meeting she was always patient and I could tell that she was taking time out of her busy day in order to meet with me which I really appreciated. She has a great personality which I think anyone can get along with. She was professional but at the same time down to earth which made the experience all that much better. I can't imagine having the same experience with anyone else. She made the whole experience a great one.

Buyer reviewVictoria was recommended by a co-worker of mine.....What really tipped the scale was her success rate of selling homes on Zillow. During the process I was dealing with my first purchase in 20 years and every step of the way Victoria inform me of what to expect and help me understand options I had. Her knowledge of the area put us at ease as we are not from that area. She was extremely cooperative meeting us last minute to do walk threw and inspections. We felt comfortable talking and asking questions to Victoria throughout the entire process....Text messaging was very quick and efficient, followed by phone calls when needed. I cannot believe the amount of time she puts in day after day.....but the hard work allowed us to purchase our first cabin. One of the most pleasurable purchase experiences we ever have had......Knowledgeable, friendly and hard working are qualities shown at every interaction.

Buyer reviewWhere do I start? I cannot begin to tell you how thankful I am that Victoria came into my life. She was the listing agent on the property that I was renting. The landlords had introduced me to her and while i was considering looking for another rental, she urged me to look at purchasing. This is something I just didnt think I was in the postion to do. Victoria introduced me to some of her contacts and we were able to make it happen. When we started shopping for houses Victoria worked around the clock including weekends, to help accomodate my crazy work schedule and my children. As a first time home buyer I was pretty nervous and didnt know what to expect, however because of her knowledge and professionalism, she made every step of the process really easy for me.
