Seller reviewVinny exceeded our expectations again. We used him on the sale of our house and, based on that experience, we knew we would ask him to sell our rental property when the time was right. Vinny was very good about keeping us in the loop and contacted us before we had to contact him. He communicated with us regularly about the status of repairs and inspections. He also provided expertise about how to price the property, which proved to be spot on because we had offers the day it got listed. We will use Vinny again in the future.
