Seller reviewVinny was the listing agent for a home we recently purchased, that transaction was great so we decided to list our home with him. I was extremely busy at work and thought selling our home was going to be very stressful, but it was all the opposite! Vinny went above and beyond with showings and made our home look good for potential buyers. Vinny is very knowledgeable and is almost always immediately available. I will definitely recommend Vinny to my friends and family and hope to do future transactions with Mr Arbizo.

Seller reviewThis could have been horrible. We had terrible tenants to get rid of. Cleaning to do. He managed it all really well. He had workers at his fingertips. Fast friendly honest.

Seller reviewVinny not only did an outstanding job marketing our property, but provided us with essential guidance and necessary repairs, including services of a handyman to replace windows, clean out & repairs to dry-rot affected areas, landscape upgrades, and painting the shop, and others. He told me at the outset that we needed to rent a dumpster; I initially balked, but then did so, and we ended up filling it to capacity! We've bought & sold 4 houses over the years, and worked with many real estate agents. In our opinion, Vinny is the best of the lot.
