Vinny was a tremendous agent! We selected him from site reviews, having not dealt with him before, and we couldn't have been happier. He was prompt, excellent at communicating and keeping us updated, and came with a great plan to market and sell the house. Vinny is meticulous and detail oriented, definitely going above and beyond to make sure the property shines. He came with good recommendations for services (such as handyman, painters, and flooring repair and cleaning) and even took care of an issue with one of the services on his own - such great customer service and support the sellers. On picture day and buyer walkthroughs, Vinny personally was there, moving stuff around and making sure the house was showing in its best light. When we got to listing day, Vinny was ready and showings started immediately. We ended up with multiple listings and the house selling in 4 days, which was incredible! Going through the sales process, Vinny was always keeping us informed and working with the title company - we always felt Vinny was there to help and support us.
