We went through a nightmare when purchasing our home, so we weren't about to trust just anybody to represent us when it came time to sell it; we needed someone we could trust. We carefully vetted and met with some of the best local realtors and Virginia came out on top. Oh man, did she deliver! She got us thousands higher than what we anticipated, was extremely responsive, incredibly honest and realistic, and is actually fun to work with. She is very business minded and determined to get the job done while making sure you're happy with the process. She always has your best interests in mind. We highly recommend her if anyone is looking to buy or sell!
