Virginia Hernandez surpassed any and all expectations we had of a realtor. She was extremely attentive, patient and our biggest advocate. At no point did we feel pressured or that Virginia was looking at for anyone other than us. She is one of the hardest working people I've met in recent memory. Virginia says that she loves what she does--- and her actions show this. I hope she's not retired by the time it's time for me to buy our second home because I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

Virginia was recommended to us by a friend who had just purchased their first home about a year ago. Knowing they were first time home buyers and had nothing but great things to say about her we knew she was the right person to work with! Virginia was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Virginia made sure to do all her research before any home showing to ensure she had all of our questions answered as they came up. While working with Virginia we also worked with gabby from new American funding which was also vary helpful on walking us through the loan and interest rates that would best fit our budget. Virginia was absolutely amazing and it felt like we had known her our entire life. She was so kind and patient and made sure she took her time with everything always a phone call away which made it extremely easy to communicate. While working with Virginia we also with with her nephew Anthony which was also a great asset as he would check in if Virginia was not available at that moment. Virginia is by far the best realtor! I couldn't imagine going through this first time home buyers process with anyone else! It's been about two months since we got the keys to our new home and Virginia periodically checks in with us on our home renovation projects, truly taking and interest in our well being!

Virginia practiced great communication and was stellar with organization. She made this whole experience incredibly easy and as stress-free as it possibly could have been. Virginia Hernandez proposed a marking approach for our house that produced results. She was very knowledgeable in current market trends, city requirements, and the entire maze of paperwork. Virginia kept us informed at every step and would typically communicate with us daily of the progress and prepared us for upcoming milestones. With us living out of state, her use of electronic document signatures kept the process moving and was very convenient for us. We would highly recommend her and her team to anyone.

Met thru family, about 10 years back when I was buying my 1st home, was already working with someone else, but she was still willing to advise me on what to look out for and where to look for property permits...she still volunteered to personally take me to city office and showed me how to obtained files. Her assistance and willingness to help me without her making any money from that purchase left a good impression on me. When I was really to sell the house I bought 10 years ago, I already new whom I was going to call. I didn't brother looking for any other agent. Very knowledgeable and professional. Kept me up to date of what was going on, she answered every call/text promptly.
