As a first time home buyer the whole process can feel very overwhelming. Virginia Hernandez experience and friendliness made the whole process stress-free. Virginia was very transparent and was able to answer all the questions we had. Her dedication and availability is outstanding. She is always available for us to call, text or email. Before working with other agent's we would often be told "Use one of our preferred lenders" even after letting the agents know that we had a pre-approval.
