I was 25 (now 26) when I met Virginia. Last year I got promoted and engaged and I new it was time to make a big decision in purchasing my first home. A friend purchased 3 homes from her. During my process another friend purchased a home from her. And she is currently working with another friend to find his future home. Virginia took me to countless homes. When we found the perfect one we were unable to get it. Although we were crushed and heart broken, Virginia kept us motivated. She was able to find us some programs to help us with the down payment and we were able to get the open door program. This allowed us to be able to purchase our home sooner and allowed us to have extra money to purchase everyday necessities for our home. My fiancé and I are extremely happy with our purchase and we wouldn't have done it any other way or with anyone else. Virginia will definitely be getting more clients that I refer and I will be seeing her for my next home purchase !

I have nothing by praises to put forth for Virginia Hernandez. She sold a home to my brother, whom is very happy with his purchase. This recent purchase is my third home and with Virginia as my agent, it was a pleasant and smooth experience. She has set the bar high for all other real estate agents. If I ever have to purchase another home in the future, Virginia will be my Star Agent to go to.

Virginia Hernandez was great, very knowledgeable in everything we went through, always prompt and always kept me updated through out the process.
